ATG at BAUMA 2013, Munich, Germany
April 30, 2013 – ATG successfully participated the BAUMA 2013 show in Munich, Germany. The BAUMA show is the largest international trade fair for construction and building machinery and equipment. Over 3400 exhibitors and more than 500,000 visitors from all over the world attended the show. ATG presented a selection of its advanced Industrial and OTR tires at its stand. A high number of visitors stepped in to have a close look on the ATG tires, and many fruitful business meetings held at the stand. Dozens of ATG tires were spread across the show, mounted on various types of OEMs' machines.

KKR to Acquire Alliance Tire Group from Warburg Pincus
AMSTERDAM & MUMBAI, India--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global investment firm KKR today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in Alliance Tire Group ("ATG" or "Company"), a global tire maker specializing in producing off-highway tires, from an affiliate of Warburg Pincus. Yogesh Mahansaria, founder of ATG, will continue to maintain an ownership stake in the Company and partner with KKR to continue to grow the business....

March 31, 2013 - Tyrexpo Asia 2013 exhibition in Singapore set new standards for the region's leading independent t equipment event. With a high number of exhibitors and thousands of visitors, the exhibition was an optimal showcase platform for the tire industry. For ATG it was the first participation at the Tyrexpo Asia. The
Group exhibited four new patterns at the show.

BC India Bauma Conexpo 2013
March 31, 2013 - Alliance Tire Group successfully participated in the BC INDIA BAUMA CONEXPO 2013, one of the largest and most prestigious exhibitions for Construction and Material Handling Industries. The exhibition took place in Mumbai from 5th February 2013- 8th February 2013. Showcasing ATG’s innovative Industrial and OTR tires, ATG presented a selection of 12 tires especially targeting the country specific requirement.

ATG at Farm Progress, USA
